My philosophy

I truly believe that consistent small actions have great meaningful impacts in all aspects of our lives.

My movements sessions are all rooted in this belief.

Pregnancy and postpartum are a very special, meaningful and challenging phase of our lives that as women we are privileged and honoured to experience. 

Despite all the changes and challenges our bodies and minds go through , I truly believe this time can be joyful and we can feel energised, strong and empowered.

What I truly believe:

Your fitness doesn’t have to end because motherhood began.

You matter, your health and your fitness matter.

You are worthy of living a functional life both physically and mentally. 

Whether you’re an exercise enthusiast or just want to live your life symptom free, you deserve to be empowered to make educated decisions for yourself in regards to movement as you navigate pregnancy and motherhood

MEETING POINT: Playground, right in from of the WC

TIME: 10:00-11:00  

I will be there at 9:45

* With your class pass you can participate in all of my classes. No pre-registration is required.   The cards are valid 1 year and may be transferred/sold/given to others.

 

Payment in cash or bank transfer. 

It is an open and flexible course system, meaning, come whenever you want to any of the classes offered by me.
